Over the years, I’ve learned that how I start and end my day changes everything in between.
I used to wake up scattered, rush through mornings, collapse into bed, and repeat. It felt like I was always behind — even when I wasn’t doing anything wrong.
What helped wasn’t productivity hacks. It was creating simple, repeatable rituals that gave my day structure and intention.
🌙 My Night Ritual (Wind Down)
Sleep is the foundation. If I’m not sleeping well, everything else feels harder.
My night ritual is short but intentional:
Lights dimmed by 9:30
Phone in a drawer (yes, really)
A little bit of journaling
And then — my favorite part — I put on my silk sleep mask. It sounds simple, but it changed my sleep. It signals to my body: “we’re done now.”

☀️ My Morning Ritual (Ease In, Power Up)
I used to be a coffee-first, email-second person. Now I give myself a beat before the world comes in.
No phone for 20 mins
A big glass of water
Stretch or step outside if I can
Then: AGARA Coffee
This coffee is next level. It’s Ethiopian, single-origin, and roasted fresh — I don’t sell it directly, but I love it enough to tell you about it.
I don’t believe in perfect routines. But I do believe in personal rituals.
These little moments — soft silk at night, the first sip of rich coffee in the morning — are how I take care of myself, without needing an entire self-care routine.

If you’re building your own rituals, start small. A sleep mask. A coffee you love. A five-minute pause. It adds up.
